Purpose of this article
You see no data on the graphs in your dashboard, but you do see the image saying your Telraam is counting:
Step 1 - camera angle
If you don't have data there, it probably means your camera isn't hanging up right.
1️⃣ Follow these steps "Verify or update the camera view" to readjust the camera angle.
Step 2 - internal clock Telraam
If your camera angle is good, it could be the internal clock of your Telraam is set off. Follow these steps to reset this clock:
2️⃣ Reboot your Telraam (plug the power out and in again)
3️⃣ Reconnect with your Telraam hotspot (read here how to do so)
4️⃣ Choose a language
