You want to install the Telraam on a new location. When you do this, the old data of the original location will always be stored. The only difference on the map will be the color of the old street segment. It will turn grey (instead of coloured).
Keeping the same account or not?
The first important question is if you will keep the same account (mail address) or not. For example, if you moved and want to install your Telraam at your new address, you'll probably keep the same account. Then follow the steps of scenario 1.
But if you gave the Telraam to someone else (your neighbours, parents, ...), you'll probably won't keep the same account but the new owners will make their own account (with their mail address). Then follow the steps of scenario 2.
Either way, the old counting data will stay stored and visible on the old segment, and the new data will be assigned to the new segment.
🔄 Scenario 1 - You keep the same account 🔄
Step 1 - Go to your dashboard
1️⃣ Open your dashboard
2️⃣ Go to 'Set up'
3️⃣ Scroll down to 'move to a new position'
4️⃣ Click on 'Start new setup', then 'confirm'
Step 2 - Complete the installation
5️⃣ Fill in the new address
6️⃣ Complete the installation steps
🆕 Scenario 2 - You don't keep the same account 🆕
1️⃣ The new Telraam owners have to register and make a new account
2️⃣ They have to follow the installation process from the start (click here).
