What should I do if my Telraam has fallen down?
If your Telraam has fallen over, the first thing to do is to check the physical integrity of the device. Does the little red light come on when you plug the plug and the device back in? During the first few moments of plugging in, a small green light will also come on and start flashing before going out (this is normal). If you see these lights, it is already a very good sign. Most of the time, it will not be necessary to reinstall the software.
The next step is to verify that you are receiving data from your Telraam and you can do this by going to www.telraam.net. Zoom in on the map and move your mouse over your street segment. If it appears in grey, it means that your Telraam does not count.
