At the end of the installation process on my.telraam.net, I do not receive a confirmation of my Wi-Fi connection on my mobile device.
There can be two possible causes:
The Wi-Fi data you entered during the installation is incorrect. This is what happens most often, so check your Wi-Fi information carefully. Beware: a simple typo in the Wi-Fi password can be enough to make the installation fail.
In a few rare cases, the system may send an error message even though the installation went perfectly. To check if this is the case, go to www.telraam.net, log in and open your dashboard. If you see the following message, it means that your Telraam is counting, so everything is fine!
If you see the following message, then there is a problem because your Telraam is not counting:
