How can I see the image my Telraam receives at www.telraam.net?
Telraam technology is constantly evolving and there are differences between the different versions of the Telraam software (v9, v10 and v11). What version of Telraam software do you have? You can check the version of your software on your dashboard, after logging in on www.telraam.net.
Since July 2020, version v10 of the Telraam software allows you to view the camera image on your own dashboard after logging into www.telraam.net. In August 2021, a brand new version of the software was released (v11).
If you have an older version of the software (i.e. before July 2020) or have the v10 and wish to have the new version, you can update your Telraam software by following the instructions below: "Updating the Telraam software by yourself."
If you have a recent version of the software (i.e. V10 or V11), just go to www.telraam.net, enter your login and go to your dashboard. There you can check the pixelated background image of the camera in the "Camera Images" section. That way you can check if the camera is ideally placed in relation to the road. If it is not, follow the instructions: "Camera position/Checking images".
