No. And there are two reasons for that:
1) A Telraam hangs long enough in one place. We recommend hanging a Telraam preferably for a year. Then you have collected enough data, because you also have the long days (and can count from 6h - 22h), but also all seasons count, all 'other' situations (school holidays vs. school year etc...).
2) In addition, it is currently technically difficult to move a Telraam. A Telraam is characterized by a unique serial number, which when registered on the website, is linked to the unique road segment number, where you hang up Telraam. If you were to move your Telraam, to another road segment, that unique serial number of your Telraam, which collects data, simply takes that unique serial number with you. Disconnecting the data collected on road segment 1 from the unique serial number of your Telraam requires a manual intervention in the database, which we would rather not do.
