You have changed your provider? You have a new wifi and therefore a new password to access it?
You have new credentials to connect to your new home wifi. These new wifi credentials must also be communicated to Telraam so that your camera starts counting again. Since the data recorded by your Telraam must be transmitted to our server via your home-wifi, it is essential to update your credentials.
Here's how to do it:
1. Remove the plug from the Telraam, and plug it back in
2. Among the wifi connection options, you will find the Telraam hotspot. Connect to the Telraam hotspot (Password: "TelraamTelraam") with your home device (computer, mobile device)
3. With the same device, surf via the browser to my.telraam.net (or if that doesn't work, to 192.168.254.1).
4. Further down the page, enter the details of your new home wifi network and the password (be careful not to make any typing errors) and save this information.
Everything should now be in order! Go to your Dashboard and check that your Telraam is now counting. If the connection is right, you should see this image:
