Ten minutes after the installation of your Telraam, no data is yet transmitted, and your street segment appears in grey on the Telraam map?
You can check at any time (after successful installation) on the home page of your dashboard if your Telraam is counting. Go to www.telraam.net. Enter your login and go to your dashboard. If you see this message, you can be reassured:
However, if the dashboard shows you the following message, we have a problem:
1. The credentials of your home Wi-Fi is not correct on my.telraam.net or on http://192.168.254.1 (a typo is enough).
You can re-enter this data as follows: Unplug your Telraam from the power supply. Use your mobile device to reconnect to your Telraam (password: TelraamTelraam). On your mobile device, surf to my.telraam.net or http://192.168.254.1 and re-enter your home WiFi network information. Click op "Save". Check the serial number of your Telraam on this page as well.
2. The serial number of your Telraam entered on www.telraam.net/register is incorrect.
Check that the serial number of your Telraam is correct. The serial number that you entered can be found on the Setup page of your Dashboard. If you reconnect to my.telraam.net, you will find the correct serial number. If the two serial numbers do not match, you may correct them on the Dashboard Setup page:
3. Completing the registration process
Also check that all steps on your dashboard have been completed and that you get this message at the end of the recording:
