Purpose of this article
Ten minutes after the installation of your Telraam, no data is yet transmitted, and your street segment appears in grey on the Telraam map. You see this image on your dashboard:
Step 1 - WiFi related problems
1️⃣ Your password might not be correct: Reconnect with your Telraam hotspot and try again to fill in your WiFi credentials. Watch out: a typo can be enough to fail the installation.
2️⃣ Your trying to connect with a WiFi network not suitable for Telraam:
Netwerk compatible with Telraam:- WPA2 security protocol

Netwerk incompatible with Telraam:- open networks (networks without security) |
Step 2 - Serialnumber is wrong
2️⃣ Check again of the serialnumber of your Telraam is the same as the one you wrote down during the installation.
