Ten minutes after the installation of your Telraam, no data is yet transmitted, and your street segment appears in grey on the Telraam map?
Move the mouse over this road segment on the Telraam map and consult the message displayed.
Please note: Your data is only visible one full day (24 hours) after you connect your Telraam to the Telraam network. The data received will not yet be displayed on the map during the first 24 hours and you will see the message shown below (Picture 1). After 24 hours, you will see that the data has been received (Picture 2).
However, if, as below (Picture 3), the message "Camera appears to not be transmitting date." appears, something is wrong.
Go back to the registration procedure, via the connection button (https://www.telraam.net/en/register) and open your configuration again. In the last screen, you should have received the message that the data has been transmitted (Photo 4). If this is not the case, the registration did not work.
You can also check at any time (after successful installation) on the home page of your dashboard if your Telraam is counting. Go to www.telraam.net. Enter your login and go to your dashboard. If you see this message, you can be reassured:
However, if the dashboard shows you the following message, we have a problem:
There are three possible causes of this problem:
1. The coordinates of your home Wi-Fi were not entered correctly on my.telraam.be or on http://192.168.254.1 (a typo is enough).
You can check using your mobile device near your Telraam and see if a "Telraam" connection is still available in its Wi-Fi settings. If it is, your Telraam is not connected to your home WiFi due to input errors on the http://192.168.254.1 page.
You can re-enter this data as follows: Unplug your Telraam from the power supply. Use your mobile device to reconnect to your Telraam (password: TelraamTelraam). On your mobile device, go to my.telraam.be or http://192.168.254.1 and re-enter your home WiFi network information. Check the serial number of your Telraam on this page as well.
2. The serial number of your Telraam entered on www.telraam.net/register is incorrect.
You can check via your registration process at www.telraam.net/register. When you are logged in, open the configuration again and go to step 6 - registration. Verify that your Telraam serial number is correct.
3. The camera is not mounted correctly.
You can check if this is the case by reading the following article: "Camera position/Checking Images".
Completing the registration
Also check that all steps on www.telraam.net/register have been completed and that you get this message at the end of the recording:
