If you take part in a supported counting network, then you will receive your Telraam assembled and ready to count at a workshop. Then, when you get home you just need to follow the registration procedure via the website to connect your Telraam with the Wi-Fi and set the device up in the right place. Then the counting can start.
If you want to buy a Telraam device yourself, without a local Telraam network and/or workshop then you follow the same registration procedure but indicate that you will be ordering the device yourself. In the following steps of the registration process, it is clear set out step by step how to order the Telraam online, how to assemble it and download the software, what materials you need for installation and how to install it properly.
