To work properly, the device must be fixed into an upper floor window, not on the ground floor. It also needs to be a window with a good clear view of the street: no lamppost or tree in the way, no mosquito screen. It’s best not to close a roller shutter during daylight hours. Naturally, Telraam cannot count with a shutter in front of it.
A sloping skylight, such as a Velux window, will not be suitable.
Please note: Telraam can only count traffic in daylight.
