No image visible on my.telraam.net?
During the installation of your Telraam, you have logged on to my.telraam.net (or if this does not work on http://192.168.254.1) with your mobile device.
You have selected your language on my.telraam.net:
You arrive on a page that allows you to register your home wifi data. Do not do it directly, you will do it later. Before that, click on the button "Camera image". This will allow you to view the images that are perceived by your Telraam right now, as below (picture 1). If you notice that no camera images are visible, there is a problem (picture 2):

Possible solutions:
Verify that you are still connected to your Telraam (to do this, go back and select a different language for a moment, before resuming the process). If this does not work, try again, unplug the Telraam, plug it back in and reconnect to my.telraam.net (or http://192.168.254.1). It still doesn't work? Check the camera cable connection in the camera and the black box. You can read more about this in the following article: "My camera cable's disconnected! How do I put that back together again?"
Has the problem been solved? Remember to check the correct positioning of the camera, as explained in the following article: "Camera position / Checking images" and continue the installation process.
