During installation, Telraam's Wi-Fi is visible on your mobile device or computer but you can't connect?
If you go to my.telraam.net (or 192.168.254.1) on your mobile device, and you get the message below, then your mobile device is not connected to your Telraam:
How to solve this problem?
This problem can have several origins, here is how to proceed to try to solve it
1. Check if your mobile device is still connected to your Telraam. To do this, check your wifi connection and if the wifi of Telraam appears on your screen, the message as it should be is: "connected, no internet" (this message is normal, no worries).
2. Since you are not connected to the Internet when you are connected to your Telraam device, your mobile device may automatically reconnect to your home Wi-Fi connection. In this case, first disable the automatic connection on your mobile device, and then reconnect to Telraam.
3. Still not working? Try connecting to Telraam's wifi with another device (computer, mobile device).
4. If you have many devices active on your wifi, the connection may take longer or be more difficult. Unplugging and replugging your Telraam and trying again may fix the problem.
